We use your information to respond to quote requests, coordinate reservations, communicate trip details, provide customer support, prevent misuse of the website, and maintain business records.

Browser storage and cookies

The public website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. We do not currently use public-facing analytics, advertising, or retargeting cookies.

The admin area uses a secure session cookie for authorized staff. That cookie is not used for public visitor tracking.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, database storage, and spam or rate-limit protection. Those providers process information only as needed to support our services.

The site may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google servers to retrieve those font files unless fonts are self-hosted in a future deployment.

Sharing

We do not sell your quote request information. We may share information when needed to provide transportation service, comply with law, protect our rights, or work with vendors who support our operations.

Retention

We keep quote and reservation information for as long as needed for business, accounting, legal, and customer service purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
