Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after availability, itinerary details, and pricing are reviewed and accepted by our reservations team.

Pricing and payments

Quoted prices may depend on vehicle type, timing, distance, stops, wait time, event requirements, airport procedures, tolls, parking, gratuity, and other trip details. Final pricing and payment terms will be provided during reservation confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, delays, cancellations, and no-shows may affect availability and pricing. Any applicable cancellation window, wait-time charge, or minimum booking requirement will be communicated with the confirmed reservation.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for accurate trip details, lawful conduct, timely communication, and care of the vehicle. We may refuse or terminate service for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or vehicle-damaging behavior.

Service limitations

We work to provide reliable service, but travel can be affected by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, public events, airport delays, and other conditions beyond our control.
